Refund Policy

At Tallaab.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product delivered is 100% genuine and carefully packed. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read our refund and return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refund/exchange requests must be made within 14 working days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Skincare and personal/intimate care products that have been opened or used.

Products purchased on sale or discount (unless defective/damaged).

3. Process for Refund or Exchange

Contact our support team at tallaab47@gmail.com or call us at +92 3390043217 within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and pictures (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you about the process.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

In case of an approved refund for defective/damaged items, shipping costs will also be refunded.
